
Ingredients:
- 175 g butter
- 50 ml agave nectar syrup
- 3 eggs
- 125 g dinkel wheat flour
- 50 g starch (tapioka, Gussnel…)
- 150 ml creamy coconut milk
- a pinch of salt
Steps:

- Put chunks of butter in a bowl
- Add sugar and mix until they are well combined
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Add the egg whites slowly.
- In a special bowl mix flour and starch
- Slowly add coconut milk and mix.
- Use a hand mixer and beat the egg whites until stiff
- Finally heat the pan or a waffle maker and make waffles 🙂
