Breakfast waffles

Ingredients:

  • 175 g butter
  • 50 ml agave nectar syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g dinkel wheat flour
  • 50 g starch (tapioka, Gussnel…)
  • 150 ml creamy coconut milk
  • a pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Put chunks of butter in a bowl
  2. Add sugar and mix until they are well combined
  3. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  4. Add the egg whites slowly.
  5. In a special bowl mix flour and starch
  6. Slowly add coconut milk and mix.
  7. Use a hand mixer and beat the egg whites until stiff
  8. Finally heat the pan or a waffle maker and make waffles 🙂
