
Ingredients:
- 100g coconut flour
- 90g agave syrup
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 100g ground almonds
- 1 egg
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- 100g butter
- coconut flour for sprinkling
Steps:
- Mix coconut flour, almonds, agave syrup and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add the beaten egg and salt to the center.
- Add pieces of butter and knead the smooth dough.
- Shape it into two 25cm rollers, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut each roll into approximately 25 plates and shape them into balls.
- Place a sheet of baking paper in the baking pan.
- Bake in an oven preheated at 150 degrees for about 15 min.
- When cooled down, sprinkle them with coconut flour.
