Almond biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 100g coconut flour
  • 90g agave syrup
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 100g butter
  • coconut flour for sprinkling

Steps:

  1. Mix coconut flour, almonds, agave syrup and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Add the beaten egg and salt to the center.
  3. Add pieces of butter and knead the smooth dough.
  4. Shape it into two 25cm rollers, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Cut each roll into approximately 25 plates and shape them into balls.
  6. Place a sheet of baking paper in the baking pan.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated at 150 degrees for about 15 min.
  8. When cooled down, sprinkle them with coconut flour.
