Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 liter of whipping cream (we can replace it with sprinkled milk because it has less fat)
  • 1/2 kilogram of light cheese spread (phyladelpia or similar)
  • 6 teaspoons of sugar (we can replace it with honey to make it healthier)
  • Biscuits.
  • Strawberry jam.

Steps:

1- On a base we place the chopped cookie.
2- Put the cream and cheese to heat in a saucepan for 4 minutes stirring continuously and without boiling.
3- We add the two envelopes of curd and stir it for 2 more minutes.
4- We pour the contents of the saucepan on the cookie base.
5- Let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours

6- After that time we put a layer of strawberry jam on top.
