by Marwan Taibi

Ingredients:

  • 2 Greek yogurts
  • 1 brick of 200 cc of liquid cream
  • 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk or whole milk
  • 50 grams of coconut sugar (healthy substitute for traditional sugar)
  • 3 jelly sheets
  • to decorate: strawberry syrup and red fruits (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Steps:

1- We put the gelatin leaves soak in cold water on a plate.

2- We put the milk and sugar to heat in a saucepan. When it starts to boil remove from heat.

3- We drain the gelatin leaves well and we throw it in the saucepan and with a spoon or spatula we remove so that they integrate and dissolve with the heat of the milk. We pass it to a bowl and add the Greek yogurts. We let it cool.

4- We assemble the cream and add it to the bowl mixture with enveloping movements.

5- We put it in glasses or cups and let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours to set.

6- After that time we decorate with strawberry syrup and red fruits.
