Pumpkin strudel

Ingredients:

  • 500g of pie crust (buy it at a supermarket :D)
  • 500-600g  pumpkin
  • 200g of fresh cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml sour cream
  •  1/2 teaspon salt, oil and 1/4 cups milk

Steps:

  1. Mix cheese, eggs, 100ml of sour cream and grated pumpkin.
  2. Add salt and oil until fully combined. Put it on two pie crust and than roll it​.
  3. Put the rolled pie crust into an oiled pan. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Bake for 45 minutes and coat it with sour cream and cover with a dishtowel.
