Ingredients:
- 500g of pie crust (buy it at a supermarket :D)
- 500-600g pumpkin
- 200g of fresh cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 200ml sour cream
- 1/2 teaspon salt, oil and 1/4 cups milk
Steps:
- Mix cheese, eggs, 100ml of sour cream and grated pumpkin.
- Add salt and oil until fully combined. Put it on two pie crust and than roll it.
- Put the rolled pie crust into an oiled pan. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Bake for 45 minutes and coat it with sour cream and cover with a dishtowel.
