Difficulty: easy peasy lemon squeezy
Dry ingredients:
- 130 g butter
- 80 g brown sugar
- 170 g of spelt flour
- 1 baking powder
- a bit of cinnamon
- 100 g ground oats
- 40 g finely chopped almonds
- 1 egg (55g)
Steps:
- Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix all the ingredients and blend everything together
- Shape cookies with your hand and place them on the tray
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Cool for a few minutes and place on a cooking rack to cool down completely
- Store in an airtight container
