“Mix everything in” oat cookies

Difficulty: easy peasy lemon squeezy

Dry ingredients:

  • 130 g butter
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 170 g of spelt flour
  • 1  baking powder
  • a bit of cinnamon
  • 100 g ground oats
  • 40 g finely chopped almonds
  • 1 egg (55g)

Steps:

  1. Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper
  2. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees
  3. Mix all the ingredients and blend everything together
  4. Shape cookies with your hand and place them on the tray
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
  6. Cool for a few minutes and place on a cooking rack to cool down completely
  7. Store in an airtight container
