Grits cake

Ingredients:

  • grits
  • cocoa (raw, if possible)
  • milk

Steps:

  1. Cook the grits.
  2. Add cocoa if you want.
  3. When cooled down slightly, transfer it into a pan covered with baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven (225 ° C) and leave inside for ten to fifteen minutes.
  4. Remove the cake from the oven, leave it in the freezer or overnight at room temperature and then it is ready to cut.
  5. Enjoy a simple, fast, and healthy cake. 🙂
