Ingredients:
- grits
- cocoa (raw, if possible)
- milk



Steps:
- Cook the grits.
- Add cocoa if you want.
- When cooled down slightly, transfer it into a pan covered with baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven (225 ° C) and leave inside for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven, leave it in the freezer or overnight at room temperature and then it is ready to cut.
- Enjoy a simple, fast, and healthy cake. 🙂
