Difficulty: easy peasy lemon squeezy
Preparation time: 30 minutes
*No baking

Dry ingredients:
- handful of almonds
- a tablespoon of cranberries
- a tablespoon of chia seeds
Mushy 🙂 ingredients:
- 100 grams of fresh cream cheese
- a teaspoon of honey
- coconut oil (a tablespoon for the base, a teaspoon for the cream)
- half a banana
- some blueberries
- some raspberries
Steps
- Make the base: chop almonds and cranberries in a blender and add coconut oil.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of 4 small molds
- Make the cream: in a bowl mix cheese, honey and coconut oil until there are no lumps.
- Add chia seeds to the cream and mix well.
- Slice a banana.
- Let’s make layers! In the molds, put a row of bananas on the base. Then, add some more almond and cranberry base. Finally, add the cream.
- Leave the cakes in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours
- Add berries on top, if you like 🙂
