
Dry ingredients:
- 150 g almonds
- 50 g almonds butter
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g coconut flour
- 40 g tapioca flour
- 20 g gold flax seeds
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon grated orange peel
Wet ingredients:
- 30 ml orange juice
- 150 g agave syrup
- 50 g coconut oil (no scent)
Steps:
- Make almond butter in a blender just with almonds (without anything else), blend until you have butter structure.
- Grind almonds and walnuts into flour. Add all the other dry ingredients.
- Grind flax seed in a coffee grinder or blender and add orange juice.
- Let the dough rest for about ten minutes.
- Mix wet ingredients and add them to the dry ones and mix the dough.
- Form the dough into buns or into shapes and bake at 150 ˙C for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Finally dip the cookies in melted chocolate and roll into coconut flour.
